Rainbow pasta- with Red Sauce.

              





Recipe:
1. Cut vegetables of your interest in one inch sizes.
2. For my recipe, I used bell pepper, zucchini (green and yellow) and some red onions.
3. Sauté the Vegetables in a Hot Pan with some butter, onion powder, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt.
4. For sauce use 1 tablespoon of Tomato Paste, 1 Cup of Half and Half (use can use heavy whipping cream as well), 1 tsp of wasabi sauce, Chili powder and little hint of salt. Heat the sauce until it is heated well. Do not boil the sauce, if you do so the sauce texture will break.
5. Boil water, add some salt and add rainbow pasta to it.
6. Once the pasta is cooked mix the sauté vegetables with the pasta and add few table spoon of red sauce for taste.
7. Serve the hot pasta with red sauce on the side.
8. To make it a meal, serve it with fried chicken on the side.

9. If you just wanted a vegetarian meal. Serve it with some hot baked bread on the side.
