Friday Night Special Pizza





Recipe:

1.     Sauté some vegetables that is good for pizza toppings. Like mushroom, Bell pepper and onion in a Hot pan. Add some seasoning to it to add flavors.
  1.  Preheat the oven 350 F for 10 minutes.
  2. In the pizza base add some mozzarella cheese and sharp shedder cheese.
  3. Drizzle olive oil on the pizza.
  4. Place the toppings on the pizza.
  5. Season the pizza with some herbs (whatever you like). I used dried oregano.
  6. Add just few tomato slices along with the toppings and some fresh Spinach.
  7. Bake it in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Serve it with some fresh lettuce salad.
