Asparagus and Red Bell Pepper Treat
- For a serving of two (a bunch of asparagus),Trim the base of the asparagus.
- Use Bell pepper as per your need , if it is small use the whole bell pepper, if not use half of a Bell pepper.
- Cut the Bell Pepper into Stripes.
- Cut one small Red onion
- Saute cut onion in 2 Tsp of butter and then add bell pepper to it.
- Now add a little hint of Vegetable stock or White Wine(or both) based on your taste preference.
- Add 3 Tsp of Blue Agave to it.
- Add hint of salt and onion powder to it.
- Cover it and let it cook in a Medium high heat for just 5 mins or less.(Ensure the asparagus and bell pepper stays crunchy)
- Serve this as a Side of any Roasted Meat or Baked Meat(Chicken, Lamb) preferably works well with this side.

3. A Red Onion
4. 2 Tsp of Butter
5. 3 Tsp of Blue Agave
6. Salt and Onion Powder for Taste.
